Paola Vecchi was born in 1979 in Lombardia, in northern Italy.
She studied Industrial Design in Milan, at "Politecnico di Milano" University, where she got graduated in 2006.
After her studies, she moved to Seville (Spain), to do a 6 month internship in a web design company.
Then she decided to stay longer in the Spanish city where she was working for 6 more years as a graphic and web designer, both employee and freelance.
During all this period she kept on painting and drawing in her time off. It was in 2013 when she decided to take the path of illustration and arts.
In 2013/2014 she coursed some workshops along with important illustrators like Steve Simpson and Conrad Roset, and also with some young local good ones like Jesús Escudero and Iko Savoy.
At the same time she's been leading her own researchers about style and techniques.
Since 2014 Paola has been joining collective expositions and festivals in Seville, such as "Garabattage 2013" at LAB Sevilla, "Alamedeando 2014" and "Ilustra 2014" at La Galería Roja.
